Returns and Exchanges
What is the return & exchange policy?
We are happy to accept any return or exchange within 15 days of you receiving your product. All items must be unwashed and unworn. We ask you to pay the cost of shipping the product back to us.
For returns please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, the item(s) that you’d like to return, and the reason, if any, for the return. We’ll provide you with mailing instructions, the address to send the product back to us, and a return authorization number. Once we receive the products we’ll refund your credit card within 2-3 days.
For exchanges please email email@example.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to exchange, and the items you’d like to exchange it for. We’ll provide you with the mailing instructions, the address to send the product back to us, and an exchange authorization number. We’ll create a new order in the system for the items you’ve requested and once we receive the products we’ll ship your new items to you. Please note that we will only cover the shipping on the replacement items 1 time per order.
In the case of mistakes on our end or defective items please contact us and we’ll provide you instructions on returning the incorrect items and getting you the correct item at no cost to you.

What payment does Holten accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.

We’re happy to answer questions about Fit, Orders, Order Modifications, Shipping, Returns, & Cancellations…and pretty much anything else you can throw at us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so we’ll do our best to help you with any changes or cancellations before your order starts making moves. Send us a chat through FB or an email as soon as possible at email@example.com
What is the status of my order?
You can confirm the status of your order at any time from within your Holten account page or from within the Order link in your Order Confirmation email.
The status of your order will update from unfulfilled to fulfilled once the order has shipped (please allow 24-48 hours). Note that Pre-Ordered items will be shipped to you as soon as available, please refer to the individual product pages for any specific shipping timelines.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with tracking so you’ll know when to expect your order.
We only ship on business days, so orders placed on Friday after 2:00 pm EST or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Where can I find my order number?
Your order number can be found on both your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. If you've created an account on our website, you can find it there as well!
If you are in the US, another tip would be to look for the "PO" or "Holten Order" number on the shipping label (it usually starts with 64).
If you're still having trouble locating your order number, shoot us a note at email@example.com with the email address used to place the order and/or the shipping address and we'll help you out!
When will my order ship out?
We ask for 2 business days for our team to pack & ship your full order.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST will be processed that evening, order volume permitting. Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST on Friday—or over the weekend—will process on Monday. If you want to double-check on your order status, send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note that Pre-Ordered items will be shipped to you as soon as available, please refer to the individual product pages for any specific shipping timelines.
Will my Holten shirt shrink?
Our shirts are made of premium fabrics and wash tested to ensure that if there is shrinkage it is 5% Width x 5% Length or less. If you wash your shirt on cold and tumble dry low, you can reduce any issues potential shrinkage.
How should I wash and care for my Holten items?
We recommend keeping things cool — wash on cold and hang dry or use a low heat setting in the dryer. This will keep the stretchy fibers and shape of the garment intact while reducing your energy use.
Do you have anywhere I can try things on?
Not at this time. That is why we’ve made it easy to exchange or return items for different sizes on your first order to make sure we get you the right size that fits you best.
What size am I in Holten?

Once your decide on which if is right for you you can pick your size. Our sizes range from XL thru 6XL in short, regular, and long lengths.

What is the shipping policy?
All orders $75 and above ship free of charge with standard ground shipping.
All orders under $75 can be shipped for a flat rate of $9.95 or by selecting the expedited shipping for a variable rate based on your location.
For in-stock items, please allow up to two business days to fulfill an order and issue a tracking number. If there is a “available to ship” date posted in the product description that will be the first possible ship date on your order. Once you receive your tracking number via email, you should expect your package within 3-6 business days with standard shipping or 2 business days if expedited shipping was selected.
Does Holten ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the US. We aim to revisit international shipping in the future.
How long does it take for my order to arrive? Can it be expedited?
With Free Shipping, your order will arrive in 3–6 business days and will be delivered by either UPS or USPS, depending on your shipping address. You can upgrade to 2-Day Shipping at checkout, which will be delivered by UPS two business days after it’s picked up by the carrier.

How much does shipping cost?

How do I create an account?
Creating an account is simple. Create an account here to save your address for faster checkouts, tracking orders and order history. You'll be asked to supply;

- Last name
- Create a password
- Click the "Create" button
What if I forget my password?
You can reset your password via the account login page and clicking "Forgot?". You will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset and change your password. Or contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Does Holten have gift cards?
We do not currently offer gift cards.
What do I do if something I like is out of stock?
Something caught your eye & you click your size—it’s sold out… Bummer! Click the Notify me when available box and enter your email address. This really helps us decide what sizes and styles to re-order. Plus, once we’ll let you know as soon as your style/size in back in stock.
Aside from our core colors—we will have seasonal colors/styles. These items don’t always restock, so feel free to reach out to our team to double check or get an ETA.

We currently manufacture our shirts the US.
