US SHIPPING POLICY
All orders $75 and above ship free of charge with USPS Priority mail.
All orders under $75 can be shipped for a flat rate of $9.95 or by selecting the expedited shipping for a variable rate based on your location.
For in-stock items, please allow up to two business days to fulfill an order and issue a tracking number. If there is a “available to ship” date posted in the product description that will be the first possible ship date on your order. Once you receive your tracking number via email, you should expect your package within 3-6 business days with standard shipping or 2 business days if expedited shipping was selected.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We are happy to accept any return or exchange within 15 days of you receiving your product. All items must be unwashed and unworn. We ask you to pay the cost of shipping the product back to us.
For returns please email email@example.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) that you’d like to return, and the reason, if any, for the return. We’ll provide you with mailing instructions, the address to send the product back to us, and a return authorization number. Once we receive the products we’ll refund your credit card within 2-3 days.
For exchanges please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to exchange, and the items you’d like to exchange it for. We’ll provide you with the mailing instructions, the address to send the product back to us, and an exchange authorization number. We’ll create a new order in the system for the items you’ve requested and once we receive the products we’ll ship your new items to you. Please note that we will only cover the shipping on the replacement items 1 time per order.
In the case of mistakes on our end or defective items please contact us and we’ll provide you instructions on returning the incorrect items and getting you the correct item at no cost to you.
